This track features what appear to be ancient cave drawings. It looks like the picture shows a hunter ready to kill an animal, though the species of the animal and the weapon that the hunter is using are both still unknown. Though, at first glance it sort of looks like a bow and arrow.

Note - Getting to this egg is tough!
In order to find this egg, go to the seventh checkpoint (the one immediately before the mother of all jumps). Instead of driving onto the next platform, slowly drive off of the ledge and you'll land on a hidden platform below. Gun it off of the following jump and you should fall into a rather deep hole.
This is where things get slightly irritating. You need to use the glass panels lined along the side of the wall to break your fall and to land on the ramp below. All you can really do is fall into them and try your best to correct yourself before you hit the ground.
From here, you'll find that the platform cuts short and two nukes lie in your path, peeking out from the ground below. Bunny hop over the explosives and drive forward, and you'll find the cave artwork along the wall.
Investigation[]
This cave painting is thought to be the lascaux hunters from the cave paintings located in France. Known as "the prehistoric Sistine Chapel," the Lascaux Caves, a cave complex in southwestern France, contain some of the most remarkable paleolithic cave paintings in the world, from at least 15,000 years ago.
Further information about this image is required. The secret relates to the second hunter from the top.
The actual cave painting depicts a young hunter, firing an arrow at a deer. The "Hunter" theme is also visited in Space Station.
The Sistine Chapel may give also refer to Sistine Chapel ceiling that was painted by Michelangelo between 1508 and 1512
